Mariscos (Seafood)

All seafood dishes are served with rice and beans except #23, #27, #29 and  #31

20.      Camarones Apretalados  
           Butterfly prawns wrapped in bacon, sautéed in butter,
           garlic spices and topped with melted cheese and sauce.
                             
21.      Camarones al Mojo De Ajo 
           Butterfly prawns and mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic spices

​

22.      Camarones a la Diabla  
           Butterfly prawns and mushrooms with garlic and onion.
           Served with salsa (mild, medium or hot)

​

23.      Arroz con Camarones   
         Breaded prawns sautéed with mushrooms and crisp
         vegetables served over a bed of rice and melted cheese.

​

24.      Camarones Empanizados  
           Breaded prawns sautéed in a special sauce, with avocado, rice and beans.

​

25.      Camarones Jalisco 
           Butterfly prawns and mushrooms with a cream-wine sauce.

​

26.      Shrimp or Crab Enchiladas 
           Two corn tortillas filled with shrimp or imitation crab topped with enchilada               sauce, cheese, sour cream, avocado and olives.


27.      Camarones Ensenada with rice 
           Butterfly prawns with vegetables cooked in our special wine sauce.

28.      Seafood Chimichanga 
           Seafood mixture with celery and mushrooms, mildly seasoned and   

           smothered.

​

29.      Trio Hacienda Vieja  
           Prawns Diabla sauce, Mojo Anjo, Octopus, mushrooms, onions sautéed in

           butter sauce.

​

30.      Tres Borrados Matter 
           Butterfly prawns, crab and chicken. Sautéed in margarine, cilantro, onion,

           and special wine sauce.
 
31.      Mariscos Veracruz 
          The Mariscos offers fish, sell on shrimp, scallops, octipus, clams, and crab.

          All slowly simmered and cooked in our secret Diablo sauce and served 

           with rice and pico de gallo.

32.      Taco de Camaron O Pescado   
           Fresh halibut or shrimp seasoned and cooked with a mild chipotle sauce.

           Topped with cotiza cheese. Garnished with lemon, guacamole and

           pico de gallo.

​

33.      Tres Rancheros
           Prawns cooked in garlic butter sauce, mushrooms and onions, Diabla Mojo

           Ajo and bacon wrapped.
